At Sriyan Nodes, we strive to provide high-quality hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1.1 Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund. This includes persistent downtime, severe performance issues, or other technical problems that substantially impact your use of our services.

1.2 New Customers

New customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 72 hours of service if they are not satisfied with our services for any reason. This is our "No Questions Asked" guarantee for new customers.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team via email at support@sriyannodes.com or through our Discord server
2. Provide your account information and the reason for your refund request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• After the 72-hour period for new customers has expired
• For domain name registrations or transfers
• If you have violated our Terms of Service
• For any add-on services or one-time setup fees
• If the service was used extensively before requesting a refund

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that have been used for a significant portion of the billing period. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the remaining time in the billing period.

6. Service Cancellation

Please note that requesting a refund will result in the cancellation of your service. All data associated with your account will be deleted upon processing of the refund.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
